It’s almost fall, and for TMMData, that can only mean one thing: football conference season is upon us! Yes, it’s that time of year when we head back to some of our favorite meetings and summits – and some new ones, too – and explore, network, and share with data enthusiasts across the country.
We kicked things off last week at Digital Summit in Philadelphia, an annual meeting that, as they put it, “fills your brain and professional toolkit,” with marketing and technology tips to improve customer strategies. We were eager to take part in this event to help digital marketers learn practical, actionable solutions to take right back to the office.
This year, our very own Bob Selfridge was part of the lineup and spoke about the challenge of gaining a holistic view of the customer in an ever-changing technological and customer interaction landscape. The solution? Bob explained the process and value of building a customer intelligence practice using agile marketing methods to help organize and integrate your data quickly and responsively.
Without question, people liked what Bob had to say. His tips and recommendations sparked many of our conversations with attendees, who often shared the same refrain: “The data all exists, we just can’t get access to it.”
Fortunately, between Bob’s techniques and Foundation's self-service functionality, it was clear that TMMData offers the solutions need to view and access their data fully: from integrating an organization’s existing marketing tools, to streamlining campaign management set up and maintenance, to automating the integration of otherwise manual offline datasets, like Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint slide decks.
We know our conversations at Digital Summit are just the start of many more to come. With our packed conference schedule this fall, we’re looking forward to more stops ahead, making more connections, and sharing more data solutions.
So stay tuned to learn all about our adventures along the way! Up next, we’ll be attending the American Marketing Association Annual Conference, and then hosting Web Analytics Wednesday in Philadelphia on September 20 (join us and you might run into some of our new Digital Summit friends, who were pretty excited about this event). Plus, don’t miss us at the Tableau Conference and Digital Analytics Association Philadelphia Symposium in October. We hope to see you on the road!
